Porsche Romania is the general importer for the Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, CUPRA, ŠKODA, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, and Das WeltAuto brands. Our company takes the vehicles of the above-mentioned brands directly from the manufacturing plants and distributes them through our dealer network, consisting of our own automotive centers and independent dealers authorized by us. Your responsibilities
- You efficiently organize the distributor network and contribute to its development;
- You achieve the objectives set in the business plan and develop action plans to meet them;
- You provide support and guidance to dealers in all areas of their activity;
- You prospect the assigned area to identify new potential partners;
- You locally implement the brand strategy;
- You implement projects related to the distribution network;
- You ensure and verify the compliance of distributors’ activities.
Your profile
- Cognitive competencies (multitasking ability and flexible approach, analytical skills, sense of responsibility, detail‑oriented mindset);
- Personal competencies (strong communication skills, team spirit, well‑organized, proactive attitude, friendly personality, eager to consistently meet the needs and requests of clients and colleagues);
- University degree (Bachelor’s diploma);
- Relevant experience in the automotive industry or related fields;
- 3–6 years of experience in the automotive field or related areas;
- Intermediate level of English;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint);
- Driving license.
