Your responsibilities
- ou verify technical assistance requests.
- You provide support for the implementation of recall actions.
- You comply with the established performance indicators.
- You offer technical guidance to brand dealers.
- You propose repair solutions.
- You monitor product quality.
- You maintain ongoing communication with the manufacturers.
Your profile
- Cognitive competencies (multitasking ability and flexible approach, analytical skills, capacity to assume responsibility, detail‑oriented attitude).
- Personal competencies (strong communication skills, team spirit, well‑organized, proactive attitude, friendly and customer‑oriented, eager to consistently support the needs of clients and colleagues).
- University degree with a Bachelor’s diploma (Graduation of the Faculty of Road Vehicles – Automotive Engineering).
- 1–3 years of work experience in the automotive field.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Driving license.
