75 years of Bulli, celebrated at the 14th edition of the Balkan Bus Meeting

Between July 3–6, the 14th edition of the Balkan Bus meeting took place. On this occasion, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles celebrated 75 years since the launch of one of its most iconic models: the Bulli.

The event was held in Homoraciu – Prahova, at Ferma Vieții. The attendance figures speak volumes about the success of the gathering: 350 vehicles, 800 participants from 11 countries — Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Greece, Serbia, the United Kingdom, France, Poland, Slovenia, Austria, and Hungary.

What did we see there? Shows (Turkey hosted a fabulous concert on the roof of a T2), a car-pulling contest, a real airplane powered by a VW T3 engine, workshops for children, concerts on the main stage, plenty of prizes - and even more happy people.

The event concluded on Sunday, July 6, with the traditional farewell salute from the participants. The next edition will take place next year, in Serbia.
