To this end, we rely on a future-oriented personnel strategy. It places the development of our employees, entrepreneurial and responsible action, digital and automated processes, and the promotion of diversity at the center of all activities. We protect our employees with targeted measures in health and safety at work and ensure a safe working environment. We work together with the works councils in a spirit of trust. In addition, we are committed to the common good and support charitable initiatives as part of our corporate responsibility.
With our Human Resources Strategy LIFE@Porsche, which is an important part of our corporate strategy, we are preparing for the challenges of the labor market of the future. The measures in the focus area "Workforce Transformation" are integrated into the personnel strategy.
Proportion of women in management
We place a special focus on increasing the proportion of women in management. In accordance with Section 76 (4) of the German Stock Corporation Act, Volkswagen AG has formulated goals for all companies that guide us. By 2030, we want to employ at least 20 percent women in management positions.
As of December 31, 2024, the proportion of women was 19.4 percent. In order to achieve the target for 2030, we have formulated annual milestones for all companies.
In addition, we want to increase the proportion of women in the entire company to 27.5 percent by 2030.
